"Snowflake" Bentley Poster

 

The official poster of the " Snowflake" Bentley Exhibit in Jericho. Contains over 60 of Bentley's snowflake images and two portraits including a rare Bentley as a young man (ca. 1885). To inspire young and old alike this poster includes one of Bentley's most endearing quotes: " ... I have found no exact duplicate. In this storehouse of crystal treasures, what a delight is in store for all future lovers of snowflakes and of the beautiful in nature." Printed of heavy stock paper and measures 20" x 30" .

Snowflake Thermometer Poster

 

A marvelous collage by Dorothy Wallace-Senft. This poster shows the type of snowflake formation relative to the temperature. Over 400 of Bentley's snowflake images are cleverly used to illustrate the thermometer. Also contains a picture of Bentley at his camera. A great element for the classroom or the room of a budding scientist. Printed on heavy stock paper and measures 12.5" x 38" .
