Snowflake Cross Montage
Perhaps Bentley’s most notable montage, the Snowflake Cross is a collection of 27 snowflake photomicrographs. Bentley pasted individual snow crystals to a black board and then photographed the entire piece creating a montage. He gave them as wedding and Christmas gifts to friends and family. One adorned the Bentley family piano for many years. Reproduced from an original which hangs in the Bentley Exhibit here in Jericho.
Double matted (white on white) and framed in an American made, classic crown molding, wood frame in black or is available just matted (fits standard 11 x 14 frame).
